PKERS bears and grows under well defined guidelines, oriented to freethought, correctness and critic sense. Therefore we have decided to put black on white a regulation for reference in any occasion of relation with the users.

First of all some important copyright notes.
All of the material digitalized from PKNA, PK², MM, WITCH and any other Disney magazine, besides all the characters appearing into them, are Copyright © Walt Disney Pictures Company and are used without permission as freeware.
All characters and artistic products created by the pkers are instead intellectual property of the respective authors. To avoid thefts from other sites, the stuff produced for PKERS is disclaimed by the mark Made for PKERS. This meaning that such material may be downloaded freely, but it cannot be put on other sites unless if in a courtesy condition. So if you wish to distribute on your own site some of our material, JUST ASK US. All requests are always to be submitted both to the author and the webmaster (Silverware). In any case the author has always the last word in the whole "courtesy" thing. If the author's e-mail address is not avalaible it'll be enough to ask the webmaster. To put stuff on your site is moreover required a linked notice to PKERS, thank you.

Follow are the guidelines that inspire this site and its policy:

1. The choose to title this site PKERS indicates that is intended not as a simple shrine of what's in the comic-book as many other sites are, but as a critical and interactive space dedicated definitly to its readers, the Pkers, which we retain to be the real soul of the comic. This is a place where you can express your creativity, your ideas, your suggestions, or just simply make your voice heard loud!
   
2. PKERS is meant as movement of support and promotion towards experimental Disney comic series of the new generation, like, besides PK, also MM and WITCH. The success reclaimed by this kind of productions shows clearly how the interest of readers live and constant is, and our purpose is to represent it as readers willing of new ideas ourselves, acting as contacts between fans and comic itself. This site has therefore ideological aims, besides artistic and cultural intents.
   
3. PKERS is still the official website of the biggest and oldest italian mailing list dedicated to PK: pkeri@yahoogroups.com. To join us just send an empty e-mail to pkeri-subscribe@yahoogroups.com. Anyone who whishes to sign up is the welcome. Both this site and our community are constantly growing. All the rules about the list will be submitted at subscription. (for english speakers, please remember before joining that this mailing list is in italian language and most members are italian, but you can post in english as well if you wish, we'll understand you... it would be better if you could speak italian, but if you can't it doesn't matter. Of course to read messages you should be able at least to read italian.)
   
4. PKERS is opened to your suggestions and works: this site LIVES of your contribution. So send us your fictions, your drawings, your articles, your software, your reviews and opinions, and we grant you that you'll have a space for sure. Many sites ignore your mails: this is never going to happen right here. If you e-mail us you'll always be answered. Right now is not required any kind of signup stuff (the ML and this site are not related, you can write us without subscribing pkeri list).
   
5. PKERS takes care of your rights: the intellectual property of your submitted works will be always recognized to you; nobody will steal or modify your creations without permission and you'll hold the right to have them removed whenever you desire. Of course until depending from our will: we can't be responsible about the use that visitors make of our/your material.
6. PKERS DOES NOT STEAL. Everything you'll find in this site was produced by its users or creators on purpose for it, or was given in courtesy personally by the rightful owners. We retain the unauthorized subtraction to be a loathsome and incorrect behavoir and so we reject it at all.
   
7. PKERS promotes talented youngs and aims to a dialogue with Pkteam. In the incoming future we plan to start a petition aimed to obtain the official publishing of our best works.
   
8. PKERS is adult-oriented: inside the site are stored contents potentially unsuitable for immature audience, most of all inside the fan fictions that may contain sex and/or violence scenes. Anywhere such contents are present they are somehow disclaimed: we recommend you to always read introducing pages. WE ACCEPT EROTIC MATERIAL, of course inside the limits of good taste. We keep anyway the right to put censorship on what we receive, but only in cases of imperative necessity: this site is not mantained by Walt Disney Pictures and thus is against indiscriminate censorship.
   
9. PKERS is very concerned with collaboration and integration with others sites dedicated to PK or comics-oriented: contact us to exchange links and banners.
   
10. PKERS IS INTERNATIONAL: in the next future we plan to provide an english translation of nearly all our articles, a most imperative step for a worldwide spreading of PK's fame. We'd wish to become "famous" all over Europe and most of all in America, a quite "virgin" country for italian comics, where we're sure PK might have a great success if presented in right way and not only as a simple child-comic book, being much more interesting than any other Disney pseudo-superhero ever introduced to the public. Meanwhile starts a unique initiative: the translation and online publishing of the very first PKNA series issues! Already online the legendary #0!
    
11. PKERS is not involved in any way with Walt Disney Pictures and therefore is not forced to follow its rules. PK charachters are still © of Walt Disney Company Italia. All other charachters appearing in this website belong instead to their own creators.
